Quality Control (QC)

Once you're done uploading assets – video, artwork, subtitles/captions etc. – and entering film info, Kinonation's quality control (QC) will kick in. This ensures your the title will look and sound great on VOD! We're just as fanatic about quality as you are. This can take a few days, as our QC heroes will personally check the machine results.

Marketing to hoopla

Right after, our platform markets your title(s) to hoopla digital. They are what we call a "curated platform": they select those titles that match their editorial and programming policy & objectives. Hoopla might decline titles at their discretion. (Bummer! But with Kinonation there's so many other outlets out there we can market your title(s) to.. and remember, this is all free for you).

Authoring & Delivery

Hoopla digital selects - and Kinonation immediately delivers. In the cloud and fully automatic, a custom transcode & metadata authoring job is triggered exactly to hoopla digital's specific delivery specs. Sounds geeky, and it is. This only takes a few hours. All assets will then be delivered to the hoopla content management system automagically.

Going Live
